Big Table Series Residency

The first three months Big Table residency 2020 will be hosted by Cooks’ Alliance Member Carina Contini in her three restaurants: Contini George Street, The Scottish Cafe & Restaurant & Cannonball.

February Big Table will take place at Contini on Tuesday 18th February, at 6.30 for 7pm.

Topic of the evening:

The Story of FAT in our kitchen: Olive Oil

We are starting with olive oil at Contini George Street and the event will be hosted by Carina Contini. Guest speaker is Sofia i Ciacca who will be talking all things olive oil and the benefits of using oil in cooking.

Dinner will include 1 small glass of wine and 2 courses of wonderfully local, sustainable food.
Cost of the dinner £20 members and £22.50 non – members.
