Cooks’ Alliance member and Golden Chopsticks winner Kaori Simpson will welcome you into a world of Japanese food using beautifully sourced local ingredients.

For November’s topic, Kaori has been working with family-run Peelham Farm to bring organic meat on the table. The two-course menu will feature top-quality beef incorporated with authentic Japanese cooking. Denise from Peelham Farm will be on hand to talk about how important it is to source meat sustainably.
