Popular in Japan during Christmas time is this delicious Japanese Potato Salad. Here below I present my version of the Potato Salad. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- Cucumbers
- Onions
- Carrots
- Boiled Potatoes
- Pancetta
Dressing
- Kewpie Mayo
- Soy Sauce
- Mustard
Method
Thinly slice firkin cucumbers, onions, carrots and boiled potato.
Magic secret sauce is mixing Kewpie mayo, dash of soy sauce and a bit of mustard.
Then add crispy fried Pancetta!
